The third session of the Eleventh CPPCC National Conference was successfully concluded in the afternoon on March 13, during ten-day meeting, the state leaders and delegates participating in the conference made discussions in depth on the currently existing problems in China. In response to Premier Wen Jiabao’s work deployment of continuing to deal with international financial crisis, maintaining steady and rapid economic development, speeding up the transformation of economic development mode, realizing “ Eleventh Five-Year Plan” objectives and laying a solid foundation for “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” development in this year, Vice Mayor of Zhangzhou City Mr. Liu Wenbiao, Secretary of District Party Committee Mr. Jiang Yiting, Chief Executive of District Government Zhang Linguang and heads of relevant department at municipal and district level Wu Hanping and other persons went to Zhangzhou Mingfa Shopping Mall construction site for inspection and guide.

In examining the site, project leader of Mingfa Group Zhangzhou Company Yao Ruilong introduced the general situation, project progress and overall planning of Zhangzhou Mingfa Shopping Mall Project, the achievements the shopping mall obtained was recognized by the government leaders. During the inspection, Vice mayor Liu Wenbiao had a cordial conversation with assistant president of Mingfa Group Huang Guotu separately, asked in detail about the existing problems and difficulties in the construction process, and instructed relevant government agencies to help resolve these difficulties in a timely manner, to ensure smooth development of the key project in Zhangzhou City with quality and quantity guaranteed.

The company leaders including assistant president Huang Guotu, general manager of Honesty Supervision Zhang Zaihe and persons in charge at construction side said they would conscientiously follow the guiding principles set out by Two Congresses, comprehensively implement the Theory of Scientific Development, positively respond to the calls by Two Congresses, work hard to build Zhangzhou Mingfa Shopping Mall Project with quality and quantity guaranteed.
