(Summary description)In March 3, 2010, Mingfa Group won the use right for No. X2010P01 land (01 land south of the first phase of development zone in Xincheng, south of Xiang’an) with a total amount of RMB 815 million, the land is located at tunnel opening of Xiang’an, east of Xiang’an Avenue, south of Xinbing Overpass, the land area is about 104,390 m2, the total floor area is less than 237,500 m2, of which the commercial area is approximately 15,500-17,900 m2, and the residential area about 999,000-222,000 m2.

At present, the project work is under rapid progress, and is planned to break ground in June and presell in the fourth quarter.
