Mingfa Group Won the Land South Side of East Weihai Road in Huai’an by Competitive Bidding

In February 9, 2010, Huai’an Mingfa Real Estate Development Co., Ltd won No. 2010G013K04 area south of East Weihai Road with RMB 100 million by competitive bidding, the land area was 51,345 m2 (about 77.02 acres), with volume ratio ≤3.0, the land is used for residential purpose and will break ground this year.
